Agroind Papaloapan, is a cooperative society from Oaxaca, established in 2019, with agricultural producers of green plantain (musa balbisiana); that seek to generate added value and offer a functional food. We produce exclusively green plantain flour, seeking to contribute to the wellbeing and health of the population.

It was thought to give value to our green plantain producers, through the production of the flour, offering a functional food that improves people's health to ensure greater wellbeing and increases life quality.
