Cheesecake with Green plantain flour


Ingredients:

FOR THE COSTRA OR SHELL:

  • 185g of Green plantain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100g butter
  • 4 teaspoons of condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Royal
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

FOR THE FILLING:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)

PROCESS:

  1. For the crust or shell, mix all the ingredients to form a paste, spread the paste and cover the pie tin.
  2. For the filling, all the ingredients must be liquefied and emptied where the crust was placed.
  3. Bake at 180ºC for 45 min.
