Cheesecake with Green plantain flour
Ingredients:
FOR THE COSTRA OR SHELL:
- 185g of Green plantain flour
- 1 egg
- 100g butter
- 4 teaspoons of condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Royal
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
FOR THE FILLING:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 5 eggs
- 300g cream cheese
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
PROCESS:
- For the crust or shell, mix all the ingredients to form a paste, spread the paste and cover the pie tin.
- For the filling, all the ingredients must be liquefied and emptied where the crust was placed.
- Bake at 180ºC for 45 min.
