Horchata with Green plantain flour
Ingredients:
- 70g of green plantain flour
- 100g or 5 tablespoons of condensed milk
- 80g or 4 tablespoons of honey
- 2L of water
- 55g or 2 ounces vanilla
- Cubed ice to taste
- Ground cinnamon to taste
PROCESS:
- Put all the ingredients in the blender glass and blend for 3 minutes, then put it in a jar and add the ice to taste.
