Hot cakes with Green plantain flour


Ingredients:

  • 275g Green plantain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 320ml of milk (can be almond, soy, whole or lactose-free)
  • 40g butter, melted
  • 1 spoon of vanilla
  • 4 teaspoons Royal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar

PROCESS:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they sponge a little, then add the vanilla and continue beating.
  2. Incorporate the flour, baking powder and salt, previously sifted, alternating with the milk.
  3. Finally add the melted butter, mix with a balloon whisk.
