Green Plantain Flour Atole
INGREDIENTS:
- 65g of green plantain flour
- 1L of milk of your choice
- 100ml of water
- Sugar to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
PROCESS:
- In a container, put the milk to boil along with the sugar and cinnamon.
- The green plantain flour is liquefied with the water and poured into the container where we previously boiled the milk.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes without stopping moving so that it does not stick. It is served warm.
