Green Plantain Flour Atole


INGREDIENTS:

  • 65g of green plantain flour
  • 1L of milk of your choice
  • 100ml of water
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste

PROCESS:

  1. In a container, put the milk to boil along with the sugar and cinnamon.
  2. The green plantain flour is liquefied with the water and poured into the container where we previously boiled the milk.
  3. Let it boil for 5 minutes without stopping moving so that it does not stick. It is served warm.
