Butter Cookies WITH Green plantain flour
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g butter
- 150g icing sugar
- 500g of green plantain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 75g of honey
PROCESS:
- Cream the butter, then add the icing sugar and honey, then the egg and the yolk, the vanilla and finally add the flour little by little.
- Beat until you get a smooth paste. (If the dough is very soft and it is difficult to handle, refrigerate it for a period of 30 min).
- On a table and with the help of green plantain flour and a rolling pin, roll out the dough and cut into the desired shape.
- Place the cookies on trays and bake at 175ºC for 15 min.
