Chocolate chip cookies with Green plantain flour
Ingredients:
- 225g butter
- 250g brown sugar
- 325g of green plantain flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 350g chocolate chips for baking
- 2 teaspoons of hot water
- 125g of chopped walnut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
PROCESS:
- Beat the butter with the brown sugar until the mixture is smooth, then without stopping beating, add the eggs one by one, then add the vanilla.
- Dissolve the baking soda in hot water and add it to the mixture along with the salt.
- Turn off the mixer and add the flour with a spatula, then the chocolate chips and walnut.
- Assemble the cookies and they are arranged on trays leaving space between them and bake at 175ºC for 20 min.
