Chocolate chip cookies with Green plantain flour


Ingredients:

  • 225g butter
  • 250g brown sugar
  • 325g of green plantain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 350g chocolate chips for baking
  • 2 teaspoons of hot water
  • 125g of chopped walnut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

PROCESS:

  1. Beat the butter with the brown sugar until the mixture is smooth, then without stopping beating, add the eggs one by one, then add the vanilla.
  2. Dissolve the baking soda in hot water and add it to the mixture along with the salt.
  3. Turn off the mixer and add the flour with a spatula, then the chocolate chips and walnut.
  4. Assemble the cookies and they are arranged on trays leaving space between them and bake at 175ºC for 20 min.
