Delicacy with Green plantain flour


Ingredients:

  • 160g of green plantain flour
  • 1.2L of milk of your choice
  • 10ml vanilla
  • 2 pcs of cinnamon sticks
  • 100g of sugar
  • Raisins to taste
  • Ground cinnamon to taste

PROCESS:

  1. In a container put a liter of milk to boil together with the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon sticks.
  2. The green plantain flour is liquefied with the remaining 200 milliliters of milk and incorporated into the container where we previously boiled the milk.
  3. Let it continue to boil for a few minutes without stopping moving so that it does not stick until it thickens and begins to make bombs. It is quenched and poured into the molds. (You can sprinkle cinnamon powder and raisins on it) and since this cold it should be refrigerated.
