Jelly with Green plantain flour


Ingredients:

  • 100g Green plantain flour
  • 1L of milk of your choice
  • 50g of natural Greek yogurt
  • 130g sugar
  • 500ml or 2 cups of water
  • 30g of gelatin
  • Peaches in syrup to decorate to taste

PROCESS:

  1. In a container put a liter of milk to heat together with the sugar.
  2. He starts to hydrate the gelatin with the two cups of water, since it is hydrated, it is put in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  3. The green plantain flour is liquefied with the warm milk, the Greek yogurt and the gelatin for 2 minutes. And it is poured into the molds (it can be decorated with fruit or with peaches in syrup). It gets into the refrigerator.
