Jelly with Green plantain flour
Ingredients:
- 100g Green plantain flour
- 1L of milk of your choice
- 50g of natural Greek yogurt
- 130g sugar
- 500ml or 2 cups of water
- 30g of gelatin
- Peaches in syrup to decorate to taste
PROCESS:
- In a container put a liter of milk to heat together with the sugar.
- He starts to hydrate the gelatin with the two cups of water, since it is hydrated, it is put in the microwave for 10 seconds.
- The green plantain flour is liquefied with the warm milk, the Greek yogurt and the gelatin for 2 minutes. And it is poured into the molds (it can be decorated with fruit or with peaches in syrup). It gets into the refrigerator.
