Pancake with Green plantain flour
Ingredients:
- 275g Green plantain flour
- 4 eggs
- 250g of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons Royal
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 180 ml of milk
- 150g Natural Greek Yogurt
- 120g of sugar
PROCESS:
- Cream the butter in the mixer, then add the sugar slowly and continue beating.
- Then add the eggs one by one, add the vanilla.
- Then incorporate the flour together with the royal little by little alternating with the milk and yogurt and beat until obtaining a uniform mixture, remove from the blender.
- In a previously greased and floured mold add the mixture and bake at 180 ° C for 45 min.
