Pancake with Green plantain flour


Ingredients:

  • 275g Green plantain flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 250g of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Royal
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 180 ml of milk
  • 150g Natural Greek Yogurt
  • 120g of sugar

PROCESS:

  1. Cream the butter in the mixer, then add the sugar slowly and continue beating.
  2. Then add the eggs one by one, add the vanilla.
  3. Then incorporate the flour together with the royal little by little alternating with the milk and yogurt and beat until obtaining a uniform mixture, remove from the blender.
  4. In a previously greased and floured mold add the mixture and bake at 180 ° C for 45 min.
